Kawasaki has unveiled its new two-stroke motorcycle, introducing the KX327, a machine aimed at redefining modern off-road performance.
The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer says the model brings a new generation of fuel-injected two-stroke technology designed for motocross and off-road racing applications.
The KX327 features a completely new 327cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder two-stroke engine with fuel injection, marking a shift from traditional carbureted systems.
The company says the engine is built to deliver a smoother powerband, improved throttle response and consistent torque across a wide range of riding conditions.
The bike is positioned as a lightweight alternative to larger four-stroke models, targeting competitive off-road riders and racing environments.
Kawasaki says the platform focuses on controllability, traction and modern electronics integration to enhance performance on varying terrain.
The model also includes updated chassis and rider-focused features designed for professional-level handling and durability.
Key specifications of the Kawasaki KX327 include:
- 327cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected two-stroke single-cylinder engine
- Electric start system
- 5-speed close-ratio transmission
- Hydraulic clutch system
- Lightweight aluminum perimeter frame
- Power mode selection via handlebar switch
- KYB 48mm inverted front fork suspension
- Uni-Trak rear suspension system
- Smartphone connectivity via RIDEOLOGY The App KX2
- Large-capacity 8.6L fuel tank
- Ergonomic slim bodywork design for rider mobility
- ODI Lock-On grips and quick-release side panels
Kawasaki says the new engine uses modern fuel and ignition mapping to smooth out the traditional sharp power delivery associated with two-stroke engines.
The system also automatically adjusts performance characteristics based on riding conditions such as altitude and temperature.
The KX327 is expected to compete in the growing modern two-stroke off-road segment, where manufacturers are increasingly combining lightweight engine architecture with advanced electronic systems.
Kawasaki has not yet announced global availability details, but the model is expected to roll out through selected motocross and off-road dealerships in the coming cycle.
