Chinese robotics company Unitree Robotics has unveiled a striking new machine that is quickly gaining attention online—a manned transforming robot capable of shifting between bipedal and quadrupedal movement modes.
The prototype, known as the GD01, is being widely discussed after demonstration footage showed it moving on two legs like a humanoid robot and transitioning into a four-legged configuration for stability and terrain navigation.
