Daniel Coleman, the creator behind children’s YouTube sensation “Danny Go!,” announced that his 14-year-old son Isaac has died after months of battling aggressive stage 3 mouth cancer.
The YouTuber shared the heartbreaking news Friday through Instagram. Isaac died on May 21.
“Oh my sweet boy,” Coleman wrote. “There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet.”
The creator, known for energetic children’s content and dance videos, said the pain in his heart was “far more than I can process,” while remembering his son’s strength through years of health struggles.
Isaac had been born with Fanconi anemia, a rare inherited disorder that dramatically increases cancer risk. In December 2025, Coleman revealed his son had been diagnosed with stage 3 mouth cancer.
Things worsened rapidly in the months after.
Coleman previously told fans the cancer had spread “aggressively.” By April, Isaac had entered hospice care as the family focused on keeping him comfortable.
“But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I’m also filled with tremendous pride,” Coleman wrote in the emotional tribute. “Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit.”
The entertainer had earlier cancelled his 2026 tour plans to remain home with family during Isaac’s treatment.
Danny Go!, launched in 2021, has grown into one of the internet’s most popular children’s programs with millions of subscribers and a recent Netflix expansion.
Fans flooded social media with condolences after the announcement, many remembering Isaac as the inspiration behind much of the positivity seen in Coleman’s content.
