K-pop girl group OH MY GIRL has officially delayed its highly anticipated full-group comeback. The news was announced by WM Entertainment, which also apologized to fans for the delay and lack of updates on the group’s future activities.

OH MY GIRL’s comeback will not be taking place as scheduled, said the agency. Instead, the group is now aiming to release its new album in the first half of 2027.

WM Entertainment explained that the six members are still determined to be promoted as OH MY GIRL. However, the process of making the new album has been longer than expected. The company said it needs more time to gather and select songs worthy of the quality standards the group and its fans deserve.

The agency acknowledged that many fans had been waiting for news and apologized for the long silence. The members also promised fans that they are working hard on new music and are focused on creating a comeback that will be worth the wait.

Although group activities have been put on hold, fans can still look forward to seeing the members in individual projects. WM Entertainment revealed that some members will pursue solo activities in the second half of 2026.

Also, the company announced an extension for the OH MY GIRL GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB membership program as a token of appreciation to fans for their patience.

While the delay has been disappointing for many fans, WM Entertainment says the decision was made to ensure a higher-quality album. While preparations are going on, OH MY GIRL fans will have to wait a little longer for the group's full-group return, which is now expected in 2027.
